Short outdoor sessions for families and couples at Eagle's Nest Park. Families are photographed along safer sections of the trails. Couples can choose the lookout and cliff backdrops when conditions allow.

- Sessions are outdoors and depend on safe weather and trail conditions.
- Rosa confirms any weather change closer to the date.
- A last-minute cancellation becomes credit toward a future mini session rather than a refund.
- Every adult signs a liability waiver. A parent or guardian signs for a minor.
- Arrive ten minutes early. Sessions run back to back, so late arrival shortens yours.
- Families stay in the safer areas of the trails. The lookout backdrops are for couples, when conditions permit.

Fall sessions, answered
What do the Bancroft fall mini sessions cost?
$125 for twenty minutes at Eagle's Nest Park and up to fifteen edited digital photographs. Payment is by cash or e-transfer, in full, and that is what holds the slot.
When are the fall dates?
Mini sessions run September 25 to 27 and October 8 to 11, 2026, between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. The October dates run into Thanksgiving weekend. Fall colour in the Bancroft highlands lasts about three weeks and no year is the same, so these dates are chosen to sit inside the usual window rather than to promise peak colour.
How many slots are there?
Limited, because sessions run back to back in a two-hour window each evening. Wait list details go out first, which is the reason to leave yours.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Sessions are outdoors and depend on safe weather and trail conditions. Rosa confirms closer to the date whether yours goes ahead, moves to another date you both agree, or is cancelled. Overcast is not bad weather for photographs: flat light is kind to faces.
Can we cancel?
A last-minute cancellation is not refunded. What you paid becomes credit toward a future Rosa Park Visuals mini session instead.
Is Eagle's Nest safe for young children?
Families are photographed along the safer sections of the trails, away from the edges. The lookout and cliff backdrops are offered to couples only, and only when conditions permit. Every adult signs a liability waiver before the session, and a parent or guardian signs for a minor.
When do we get the photographs?
A mini session gallery follows within about a week, because the set is small.
