Brief

A buyer looking at acreage wants to know three things a ground-level photograph cannot answer: how much land there is, how you get in, and what surrounds it.

Approach

Flown to show the driveway, the clearing and the tree line in one frame, so scale and access read immediately. Autumn is strongest for this: the colour separates hardwood from conifer and makes the shape of the property legible.
