About this project

Brief

A new retreat centre opening with nothing to show. It needed a set to carry a website, a booking page and a year of social posts, and to feel contemporary, earthy and peaceful rather than like a stock wellness gallery.

Approach

Photographed across a working retreat rather than staged: real classes, real guests, real light through the studio windows. The building, the garden and the details were shot between sessions so nothing was set up twice. Wide frames establish the place, close frames carry the feeling, and together they cover a year of publishing.
