About this project

Brief

Serenity Now Cabin is Rosa's own short-term rental: a cabin on a private lake in 65 acres of forest near Bancroft. It needed a listing set that would work on Airbnb, on a direct booking site and on social, and that would keep working through the off season.

Approach

Photographed the way a guest experiences the place rather than the way an estate agent would. Every room and amenity is covered honestly, including what a listing is tempted to hide, and the shoreline is shot in autumn colour, summer green and winter snow so all four seasons sell. Running the rental taught the approach: you learn which photographs get questions and which get bookings.
