Brief
On a waterfront listing the product is not really the house. It is the shoreline, the dock, the water and how the building sits against them. None of that is visible from the ground.
Approach
Flown at a height that keeps the building in proportion to the lot, and angled so the dock and the water frontage read clearly. Autumn colour and clean winter snow both sell, to different buyers, and a listing with one season leaves the other unsold.
